Easy Peasy Bottom Squeezy Banana Muffins

Sorry everyone for not writing in this for a long time because my days have been so busy because...

I GO TO SCHOOL NOW!!!
And because I'm not so tired anymore after going to school all day I can get back to telling you about the food I loooove.

Today, I made little banana muffins that were so yummy. I made them with Mummy and my sister Lily.
Easy Banana Muffins.
So easy, your mum could even make them.
This is how we made them…

We got four nearly rotten and really swishy bananas. Lily and me mashed the bananas with forks until they were soft like ice cream. We put them in a big bowl with egg and butter and milk and flour and sugar and a bit of salt. Then we stirred it all up and Mum put the sloppy mixture into cute muffin cups that have little shoes on them and are really cute. Then she put them in the oven. I'm not allowed to touch the oven because it's steamy hot and Mum would get cross.

Aargghh!!
It's melting my face off!!
We waited for a while, then a while longer, and then tried one. They were delicious! But I made it even more deliciousser when I put Nutella on my muffin. Then it really melted my face!

I give the muffins...
5 Gracie FaceMelts!
When I put Nutella on them they turn into
7 Gracie FaceMelts!

Here's my Mum and she'll tell you the recipe.

Easy Banana Muffins
4 ripe bananas
1 cup sugar
2 tbs butter
1 beaten egg

Things That Melt My Face

Hi!
I'm Gracie!
I'm 5 and I want to tell you how I love food.
I don't just love to eat it. I love watching it get cooked. I love helping Mum make things. I love the smell of food (but not cooked mushrooms - YUCK - coz they smell and stink) and I like trying new foods.

These are the things that I LOVE LOVE LOVE and melt my face…

  • Berry Trifle
  • Avocado
  • Quesadillas
  • Humpty Dumpty Googy Eggs
  • Pavlova
  • Fancy olives
  • Bacon (but not as much as I LOVE salmon - yummmmm!)
  • Koala Juice. It's not really made of koalas. The juice is 'guava' juice, but that's boring and it's easier and funner to say 'koala' juice.

Mummy will help me write this blog, coz I can't type good yet, coz I'm only 5, and I don't know how to write the big words coz I can only say them.

I'll tell you some recipes that I love love LOVE on here.

If you said "I don't like that," and you don't even try it you won't know if you really do like it and it's yum. So it's good to try new things so you can grow grow GROW!!!
